I had quite the surprise the other day. Trent was adamant that I come to his work for a potluck lunch on Thursday. He told me that it was an employee's last day of work so they were having a good-bye party for her.
Noah and I get there and were told to wait in Trent's office because they were having a meeting in the break room. We hung out in there for awhile until this"meeting," was over. Come to find out it was a surprise baby shower for us! I had no idea! We are grateful for the great job Trent has and all the good people he works with. They are all so generous.
The food was great and the room was decorated cute, AND we got a ton of new baby stuff! They went above and beyond that is for sure.
Oh, and the sign above one of the girls made it. So I guess that will be his name:) We still aren't a 100% sure what his name will be, but it is still my favorite!

As I said, everyone went above and beyond in what they gave us. It is crazy this time around I haven't really thought too much as to what I need, but I really think we are pretty much set now. What a great help!
Walking into the room, I was surprised! Everyone was standing in the other corner. It was a full room.
haha! Oops, bit of a a grammar mistake. This is what happens when you order a cake from a place in Mattawa. People aren't used to English or don't speak it period! The cake was a Tres-Leches cake. Never had it before, but it was really good! I had a few bites and it didn't mess with my blood sugar. Even better!
Big thanks to Mattawa Community Medical Clinic!!!

Can I send that picture into cakewrecks.com?
And congrats on the fun shower. That's so exciting to have some new stuff!
Looks like Fun! I love the cake grammar error. You should totally send it in to cake wrecks if not there Jimmy Fallon or Ellen! I love the name by the way! That's my vote, not that it counts or anything!
